you order by Noon (ET) you will receive your order the next business day with
expedited shipping via UPS, UPS Ground 2day and next day services for orders
placed on our website www.folothru.com or via phone 1800 - soon.

by its apparel and its brand name and is committed to customer satisfaction, if
you should receive a defective product (i.e. stitching defect, tear in
material), please contact us immediately at 1800-soon, so can assist you with
our easy return/exchange process. Guidelines
for Return All
(non-defective) returns purchased through
www.folothru.com must be
completed with in 30 days of receipt and must be in resalable condition. Please
note all (non-defective) returns received after 30 days of receipt will be
processed as an exchanged item for equal value. All returns/exchanges received without a receipt or (packlist), which is contained
in your package will not be processed. If you misplaced your original receipt or (packlist), please contact our
customer service at 1800-soon. Original shipping and shipping cost are non-refundable. Items obtained
in your returned package must be on your packlist(s). Any items not listed on your packlist(s) that
was not originally purchased from www.folothru.com will
not be eligible for return. We recommend that you return your items via an insured, traceable carrier.
UPS is recommended, Folo Thru is not
responsible for lost packages in transit, your refund /exchange will take
estimated 10-14 business days to process from the date of receipt by Folo Thru.
Please note credit card companies vary in their processes and credit may differ
when appearing on monthly statements. Please
allow one to two billing cycles for refund to appear on statement. When requesting an exchange, please note the original transaction will be
credited to your account followed by a new transaction (debit) for new item(s). Please send
